Called Kevin after reading online testimonials. He was in the area, came straight away, replaced old handles for new on all my windows there and then for a fantastic cost. Very friendly and professional. Window handle upgrades have made my windows like brand new (Despite safestyle trying to encourage me to replace the whole window at 4.5k!) He oiled them all and checked them over free of charge. Will use again. Thankyou Kevin.
